Dog Boarding Kennel & Day Care

Our 2,300 sq.ft. Boarding facility features bright and hygienic indoor rooms.

Each room has a gated door and solid walls on the back and sides providing each dog their very own den.


Whether alone, or with its pack mates, each room is safe comfortable area for your dog to enjoy. Our climate controls include forced heat and central A/C with a state of the art clean air return unit, keeping the air clean and the facility comfortable all year round.

Your pets are always safe and secure in our controlled environment.

Maple Trails Boarding Kennel is monitored by a first rate 24/7 alarm system. We have staffing on 24/7 including weekends and holidays.

 

All backed up by a generator that will keep the climate and security a constant even during a power outage.

Our Day care includes play time in our secure outdoor play areas. These play times are dependent on activity level and socialization of your pet and of course the weather. When the weather is not sunshine and rainbows, we will make shorter more frequent outings.

Overnight Boarding


  • $48 per night
  • $12 off each additional dog in the same kennel
  • Please book a check in and out time within these hours
  • Check in 9am – 11am or 3pm - 5pm
  • Check out 9am – 11am
  • Late check out will be charged extra for a Daycare stay

Day Care


  • $30 per day
  • $17 for 4 hours or less
  • Day care runs from 7:30am – 6:00pm

All overnight stays include trail walks and many supervised hours of off leash play areas.

Nutrition & Treats

We recommend that you bring your own dog food. If you do not bring dog food, we will provide it at your expense. A variety of healthy nutritional treats will be included subject to your approval.

Vaccinations

  • All DOGS must be currently inoculated. Proof of vaccination is required.
  • We require current vaccinations for distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus, bordetella (kennel cough) and rabies. Written proof (signed veterinary certificate or computer record/bill which includes vaccination and veterinary information) must be presented BEFORE admittance of any dog. To ensure optimal effectiveness, we recommend that all vaccinations be given a minimum of 10 days prior to boarding.
  • We do accept documentation of antibody titres showing protective levels in lieu of some vaccines. Titre testing (as an alternative to vaccination) is sometimes recommended for older dogs or those that are sensitive to being vaccinated. Please discuss these options with your veterinarian well in advance of your pet’s stay.
  • We also ask that you thoroughly inspect your dog for the presence of skin irritations, rashes, sores or fleas prior to your boarding reservation. That way, if you find a problem, it can be attended to by your veterinarian well before your arrival date. Once here, each dog is checked for the presence of external parasites. If your pet has fleas, he/she will be treated with a topical flea control product, the cost of which will be added to the boarding fee.
  • If your dog does not have Bordetella on a yearly basis it must be given by Veterinarian prior to boarding.
